At the centre of our consulting business hub is Nigel White, whose 40-year career in the construction industry is marked by his success in managing complex major international projects across building, civil engineering, mechanical, electrical, and specialist systems.

As a highly regarded Expert Witness, Nigel brings independence to arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings. His credible and carefully considered quantum expert evidence has influenced the outcome of numerous high-profile cases, reflecting his deep understanding of the intricacies involved in construction disputes.

Nigel’s credentials underpin his memberships of prestigious bodies including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He is also an Accredited Mediator and holds a Legal Experience Training Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.

Throughout his career, Nigel has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and direct teams, tackling challenges with a solution-oriented approach that consistently delivers successful outcomes. His work spans various regions including the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom and Hong Kong, enhancing his capability to manage and adapt to diverse international environments and complex regulatory frameworks.

Birce has 15 years’ experience in the construction industry with specialist experience in dispute resolution, claim management, quantity surveying, valuation of damages, claims preparation and commercial management

Birce is dual qualified and experienced on mega international projects including: construction, rail, marine works, power facilities and airports.

Birce is an experienced claim practitioner who has prepared quantum and extensions of time claims and has supported international arbitration and litigation proceedings.

Birce’s experience includes numerous appointments as lead assistant to an independent Expert Witness for quantum and the management of the support teams.
